If you are looking for the best farms to visit with kids in GTA, you are in the right place. Here’s an ultimate list of beautiful farms in the GTA where you can easily spend a day with your kids.

We love taking our daughter to the farms in summer and it is a great place for them to learn where their food comes from.

Let’s get right into it.

1. Andrews’ Scenic Acres

Right on top of our list is our personal favorite – Andrews’ Scenic Acres.

We’ve been here more than 8 times now and we can never get bored of the farm. For starters, this farm is easily the most popular pick-your-own farm in GTA.

Depending on the seasonality, Andrews’ Scenic Acres offers a variety of picking activities.

Activities for Kids at Andrews’ Scenic Acres

  • Play Area: This farm has a large play area, straw mountain climb, cute little model houses, swings, and lots more.

  • Tractor Ride: You can hop on a free tractor ride that takes you on a guided tour of the farm. In the peak summer season, you can find multiple tractors leaving the designated start point. So, no long waiting lines for the tractor, unlike other farms.
  • Photo Opportunities: There are lots of photo prop frames throughout the farm that are absolutely loved by the kids.
  • Farm Animals: There is a big area dedicated to farm animals like Turkey, chickens, goats, and pigs. Animal feed is available for purchase and the kids will love feeding the pets here.
  • Pick your own activities: Andrews’ Scenic area offers pick-your-own activities for strawberries, raspberries, blackberries, gooseberries, apples, asparagus, rhubarbs, gourds, squash, pumpkins, and sweet corn depending on the season.

You can bring your own picking basket or purchase one when you enter the farm. They also have cute little picking baskets for kids.
